Online registration has been closed. You are welcome to register on site in the Congress Centre MECC. Registration on site will open on Wednesday 11 July.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 
In July of 2018 André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra will transform the Vrijthof in Maastricht into a giant, open-air concert hall for the 14th time. Once again, thousands of international guests are expected to come from far and wide to attend this event. The hotels in Maastricht and the surrounding areas will be fully booked far in advance, and at high rates. To ensure your accommodation during EUHEA 2018, we recommend that you book your room as soon as possible. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.

Conference badges
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the identification badges. Entrance to meeting halls and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without badge. 

Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Secretariat can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).

Official Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries may be requested during the online registration process. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or congress to provide any financial assistance.

Certificate of Attendance
Delivery of the Certificates of Attendance will take place after the conference via e-mail.
