Call for Abstracts

The deadline for abstract submission has passed.

Thank you to everyone who submitted their abstract or organized session. We have reached an all time high of 867 abstracts!

All submitters have now been notified. You can see if your submission has been accepted, when you log in (https://cfp.euhea.eu/index.php → EUHEA Conference 2018) and click on "Abstracts" / "Organized Sesssions".

To confirm your participation, you need to register for the congress before March 31, 2018 (end of the early-bird registration period). If you fail to do so, your presentation will be automatically cancelled.     

The final programme of the congress will be composed by May 10, 2018. Please be advised that oral presentations will be scheduled between Thursday, July 12, 10:30 and Saturday, July 14, 12:00, and the programme committee cannot accept any constraints due to travel arrangements etc.
